REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Twendeline Package (does not apply to other products) comes with 15 days money back guarantee. In the event that the customer are not satisfied with the package purchased from twendeline.com within the first 15 days of the purchase date, he / she will be given a full refund of the package price excluding mandatory setup fees and overages. Kindly be informed that the company does not accept any return from customer unless it is technical damaged nor has extensive defects discovered upon the receiving of the items.


No claims shall be entertained after 15 days from the purchased order is signed for or when he/she has received the commission for the packages bought and referred. Effort must be made to notify us within the given period after the receipt of the items and to specify if you would want a replacement or a money refund.


However, setup Fees are NOT refundable and 5% extra charges for credit card payers. Please include item particulars like order number, product number and the reason for refunds/exchanges. All refunds & exchanges requests must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated by email or support ticket.

 

REINSTATEMENT FEES

Any account that is suspended due to non-payment will incur a RM 30.00 reinstatement fee. Accounts are suspended upon 15 days past due.

 

CREDIT CARD FEES

In the event that credit card (Chargeback) is received, service will be immediately suspended and customer will be sent a suspension e-mail. If the clients charge is reversed, all service fees, including a RM 30.00 return fee for each returned item will be due immediately.
